  • 1 tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tsp allspice

  • 1 cup flour

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1 tbsp soften butter

  • Cinnamon and sugar to sprinkle

Make it

  1. In medium sauce pan, combine peaches, sugars, spices, lemon and vanilla.

  2. Cook on medium to low heat for about 15-20 minutes until sugar dissolves and peaches cook.

  3. Preheat oven 400 degrees when peaches are nearly done.

  4. In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and water.

  5. Pour peach mixture in 8x8 inch baking pan. Mix in butter. Pour crust mixture over peaches.
